Welcome to delivery.ayamterbang.biz.id (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely via integrated gateways; no card data is stored on our servers. Orders may be cancelled by us if fraud is suspected or inventory is unavailable.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We partner with third-party couriers; delays due to weather, traffic, or force majeure events are beyond our control. Tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery addresses.
5. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after return approval. 6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including logos, text, graphics, and software—is owned by or licensed to Ayam Terbang and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayam Terbang disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
